One tip (because this is what I always got stuck on): read all the books and blogs you want, but always listen to your own body and mind.  Here&#039;s why: you will read tons of conflicting &quot;facts&quot; and advice...eat fruit, don&#039;t eat fruit, don&#039;t eat after 2pm, eat when you want, exercise, don&#039;t exercise (!)...the list goes on.  Don&#039;t get caught up in what anybody says; learn from it if you find it interesting and follow your own journey!
